Recognising that the fastest growing demographic on Facebook is the 45 to 54 year age bracket – how could Boom use this to develop targeted social media advertising campaigns aimed at classical music fans?
Alongside the contract to run all day-to-day community management and content development for Raymond Gubbay, Boom also ensured that the most was made of this from a sales perspective through running targeted social media advertising. The campaign strategy combined geographically and demographically targeted posts with interesting and interactive social content to engage both existing and new fans. For the Piano Guys, a Utah-based band who rose to internet stardom with their virtuosic videos, Boom capitalised on their social media popularity with a strong campaign to cross promote video content. Through targeted ads, Boom placed posts and videos in front of existing Piano Guys and classical concert fans in relevant tour locations throughout the UK.
